If your insurance covers massage, I would be happy to provide the necessary information to file for reimbursement. For reservations: Call to my cell phone (786) 290-7055 to set an appointment or request an appointment online.I accept online reservations using Hourtown. You can click here to make an on-line reservation. I will call you to confirm your appointment. Unconfirmed online reservations will be cancelled. Same day appointments are sometimes available but minimum 24 hours notice is usually required. I am not be able to check online schedule during business hours, so in case you wish to book an appointment for the same day with few hours notice, please call directly to my cell phone leaving a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. Payment Methods: I accept cash, checks with proper ID and credit cards.You can pay me in cash or check when I meet you for your appointment. But if you prefer paying with credit card, this must be made in advance through Paypal. For online payments via PayPal add a 3% surcharge to cover PayPal process fee. For security reasons and to avoid spam, I can't post my email at this site. I will let you know the total amount to pay and my email address by phone in the confirmation of your appointment. Then you just have to go to the secure PayPal website https://www.paypal.com entering that information and your credit card information. A receipt will be sent to you via email upon completion of the transaction. Tipping is not required but is highly appreciated.
